ARTICULO 3297 del C.C. Velez Argentina

    ARTICULO 3297 .- Las causas de indignidad mencionadas en los artí­culos precedentes, no podrán alegarse contra disposiciones testamentarias posteriores a los hechos que las producen, aun cuando se ofreciere probar que el difunto no tuvo conocimiento de esos hechos al tiempo de testar ni después.
