ARTICULO 1650 del C.C. Velez Argentina

    ARTICULO 1650 .- Es nulo el contrato de sociedad, cuando alguno de los contratantes no aportase a la sociedad obligaciones de dar u obligaciones de hacer, y sólo concurra con su crédito o influencia, aunque se obligue a contribuir a las pérdidas, si las hubiere.
