    ARTICULO 1423 .- Lo dispuesto sobre la "mora" y sus efectos en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones, es aplicable al comprador y vendedor, cuando no cumpliesen a tiempo las obligaciones del contrato o las que especialmente hubiesen estipulado.
