ARTICULO 2259 del C.C. Velez Argentina

    ARTICULO 2259 .- Si el comodatario incapaz no fuese menor impúber, y hubiere inducido con dolo a la otra parte a contratar, su incapacidad no lo autoriza para anular el contrato y debe devolver la cosa prestada, como si fuese capaz.
