    ARTICULO 43 .-- MUERTE O INCAPACIDAD.- Cuando la parte que actuare personalmente falleciere o se tornare incapaz, comprobado el hecho, el juez o tribunal, suspenderá la tramitación y citará a los herederos o al representante legal en la forma y bajo el apercibimiento dispuesto en el artí­culo 53, inciso 5o).
