    ARTICULO 759 .- La consignación hecha por depósito judicial, que no fuese impugnada por el acreedor, surte todos los efectos del verdadero pago. Si fuese impugnada, por no tener todas las condiciones debidas, surte los efectos del pago, desde el dí­a de la sentencia que la declare legal.
