    ARTICULO 1763 .- Ignorando los administradores la muerte de uno de los socios, las operaciones hechas son obligatorias a los herederos del socio que hubiese fallecido.


    Nota:1763. Es aplicable en este caso lo dispuesto respecto al mandatario. L. 65. § 10. Dig. "Pro socio" POTHIER, núm. 156, TROPLONG, núm. 901.
