    ARTICULO 1716 .- En caso de duda sobre si los administradores se han obligado o no a nombre de la sociedad, se presume que se obligaron en su nombre particular. En duda sobre si se obligaron o no en los lí­mites del mandato, se presume que sí­ se obligaron en los lí­mites del mandato.
