    ARTICULO 1598 .- La cláusula de que el locatario no pueda ceder el arrendamiento, o subarrendar sin consentimiento del locador, no impedirá al locatario ceder o subarrendar, si el cesionario o sublocatario propuesto ofreciese todas las condiciones de solvencia y buen crédito.
