ARTICULO 1405 del C.C. Velez Argentina

    ARTICULO 1405 .- Si la venta fuese aleatoria por haberse vendido cosas futuras, tomando el comprador el riesgo de que no llegasen a existir, en cualquier cantidad, el vendedor tendrá también derecho a todo el precio, aunque la cosa llegue a existir en una cantidad inferior a la esperada; mas si la cosa no llegase a existir, no habrá venta por falta de objeto, y el vendedor restituirá el precio, si lo hubiese recibido.
