ARTICULO 3668 del C.C. Velez Argentina

    ARTICULO 3668 .- El que sepa escribir aunque no pueda hablar, puede otorgar testamento cerrado. El testamento ha de estar escrito y firmado de su mano, y la presentación al escribano y testigos, la hará escribiendo sobre la cubierta que aquel pliego contiene su testamento; observándose en los demás lo que queda prescripto para esta clase de testamentos.
