    ARTICULO 3652 .- El ciego puede testar por acto público.


    Nota:3652. TROPOLONG."Testament", núm. 540, juzga que ningún inconveniente hay para que el ciego, si sabe escribir, pueda testar en la forma ológrafa. Nosotros creemos que serí­a fácil cambiarle su testamento o alterárselo para que no sirviera.
