    ARTICULO 2120 .- Debe también el vendedor al comprador, los gastos hechos en reparaciones o mejoras, que no sean necesarias cuando él no recibiese, del que lo ha vencido, ninguna indemnización, o sólo obtuviese una indemnización incompleta.
