    ARTICULO 1912 .- Si por ser ilí­cito el mandato resultaren ganancias ilí­citas, no podrá el mandante exigir que el mandatario se las entregue; pero si, siendo lí­cito el mandato, resultasen ganancias ilí­citas por abuso del mandatario, podrá el mandante exigir que se las entregue.
