    ARTICULO 1915 .- Los valores en dinero que el mandatario tiene en su poder por cuenta del mandante, perecen para el mandatario, aunque sea por fuerza mayor o caso fortuito, salvo que estén contenidos en cajas o sacos cerrados sobre los cuales recaiga el accidente o la fuerza.
