    ARTICULO 1788 bis.-- * En la liquidación parcial de la sociedad por fallecimiento o retiro de algún socio, la parte del socio fallecido o saliente se determinará, salvo estipulación en contrario del contrato social, computando los valores reales del activo y el valor llave, si existiese.
