    ARTICULO 1414 .- Debe sanear la cosa vendida, respondiendo por la evicción al comprador, cuando fuese vencido en juicio, por una acción de reivindicación u otra acción real. Debe también responder de los vicios redhibitorios de la cosa vendida.
