    ARTICULO 1251 .- La tasación de los bienes de la mujer, sean raí­ces o muebles, y la entrega de ellos al marido, aunque se haga bajo su valor determinado, no le priva del dominio de ellos, ni los hace pertenecer a la sociedad o al marido.
