    ARTICULO 1246 .- Los bienes raí­ces que se compraren con dinero de la mujer, son de la propiedad de ella si la compra se hiciese con su consentimiento y con el fin de que los adquiera, expresándose así­ en la escritura de compra, y designándose cómo el dinero pertenece a la mujer.
