    ARTICULO 1150 .- Las ofertas pueden ser retractadas mientras no hayan sido aceptadas, a no ser que el que las hubiere hecho, hubiese renunciado a la facultad de retirarlas, o se hubiese obligado al hacerlas, a permanecer en ellas hasta una época determinada.
