    ARTICULO 2314.- Derechos del heredero aparente. Si el heredero aparente satisface obligaciones del causante con bienes no provenientes de la herencia, tiene derecho a ser reembolsado por el heredero.

    1. Introducción

    El heredero aparente es el que ha sido desplazado parcial o totalmente de la herencia por quien también invoca un llamamiento hereditario concurrente o preferente. Deberá entregar la herencia, es decir, la compleja relación entre derechos activos y pasivos.
    Si el heredero aparente satisface obligaciones del causante con bienes no provenientes de la herencia, tiene derecho a ser reembolsado por el heredero vencedor.
