    ARTICULO 3630 .- La nulidad de un testamento por vicio en sus formas, causa la nulidad de todas las disposiciones que contiene; pero si se han llenado las formas, la nulidad de la institución de herederos por cualquier causa que fuere, no anula sus otras disposiciones.
