ARTICULO 3464 del C.C. Velez Argentina

    ARTICULO 3464 .- La partición se reputará meramente provisional, cuando los herederos sólo hubiesen hecho una división de goce o uso de las cosas hereditarias, dejando subsistir la indivisión en cuanto a la propiedad. Tal partición, bajo cualesquiera cláusulas que se haga, no obstará a la demanda de la partición definitiva que solicite alguno de los herederos.
