    ARTICULO 1973 .- El mandato que constituye un nuevo mandatario, revocará el primero, aunque no produzca efecto por el fallecimiento o incapacidad del segundo mandatario, o aunque no lo acepte, o aunque el instrumento del mandato sea nulo por falta o vicio de forma.
