    ARTICULO 1926 .- El mandante en todos los casos tiene una acción directa contra el sustituido, pero sólo en razón de las obligaciones que éste hubiere contraí­do por la sustitución; y recí­procamente el sustituido tiene acción contra el mandante por la ejecución del mandato.
