    ARTICULO 1748 .- Ninguno de los socios, a no tener la administración de la sociedad, o a no representarla en los casos antes designados, o a no haber sido especialmente autorizado por el que la administrase, tendrá derecho para cobrar las deudas activas de la sociedad, y demandar a los deudores de ella.
