ARTICULO 1664 del C.C. Velez Argentina

    ARTICULO 1664 .- En el caso del artí­culo anterior, podrán los socios demandar a terceros las obligaciones que con la sociedad hubieren contratado, sin que estos terceros puedan alegar que la sociedad no ha existido. Los terceros podrán alegar contra los socios la existencia de la sociedad, sin que los socios les puedan oponer la no existencia de ella.
