    ARTICULO 2278.- Heredero y legatario. Concepto. Se denomina heredero a la persona a quien se transmite la universalidad o una parte Indivisa de la herencia; legatario, al que recibe un bien particular o un conjunto de ellos.

    1. Introducción

    La norma menciona y define las formas de ser llamado a la sucesión. Se distingue entre heredero "”heredero y heredero de cuota"” y legatario en relación al contenido de la transmisión.
