ARTICULO 796 del C.C. Velez Argentina

    ARTICULO 796 .- Lo dispuesto en este capí­tulo es extensivo a las obligaciones putativas, aunque el pago no se haya verificado; y así­, el que por error se constituyó acreedor de otro que también por error se constituyó deudor, queda obligado a restituirle el respectivo instrumento de crédito, y a darle liberación por otro instrumento de la misma naturaleza.
