ARTICULO 741 del C.C. Velez Argentina

    ARTICULO 741 .- Si la obligación fuere de hacer, el acreedor tampoco podrá ser obligado a recibir en pago la ejecución de otro hecho, que no sea el de la obligación.


    Nota:741. La ley de Partida antes citada que pone la excepción, cuando el deudor no puede ejecutar el hecho, en cuyo caso debe cumplir la obligación según lo ordene el juez.
