ARTICULO 3682 del C.C. Velez Argentina

    ARTICULO 3682 .- Si el que puede otorgar testamento marí­timo prefiriere hacerlo cerrado se observarán las solemnidades prescriptas para esta clase de testamentos, actuando como ministro de fe el comandante del buque o su segundo ante tres testigos, de los cuales a lo menos dos sepan firmar, observándose lo demás dispuesto en este capí­tulo para el testamento marí­timo.
