    ARTICULO 2683 .- Sin embargo, la enajenación, constitución de servidumbres o hipotecas, el alquiler o arrendamiento hecho por uno de los condóminos vendrán a ser parcial o integralmente eficaces, si por el resultado de la división el todo o parte de la cosa común le tocase en su lote.
