    ARTICULO 1935 .- La ratificación tácita del mandante resultará de cualquier hecho suyo que necesariamente importe una aprobación de lo que hubiese hecho el mandatario. Resultará también del silencio del mandante, si siendo avisado por el mandatario de lo que hubiese hecho, no le hubiere contestado sobre la materia.
