    ARTICULO 1702 .- La sociedad tiene el dominio de los bienes que los socios le hubiesen entregado en propiedad, y cuando ella se disuelve, los socios no tienen derecho a exigir la restitución de los propios bienes, aunque se hallen en ser en la masa social.
