    ARTICULO 1340 .- La venta es a peso, cuenta, o medida cuando las cosas no se venden en masa o por un solo precio; o aunque el precio sea uno, no hubiese unidad en el objeto; o cuando no hay unidad en el precio, aunque las cosas sean indicadas en masa.
