    ARTICULO 1236 .- Las donaciones entre los esposos, prometidas para después del fallecimiento de alguno de ellos en las convenciones nupciales, no pueden ser revocadas, sino por efecto del divorcio, o por haberse declarado nulo el matrimonio.
