    ARTICULO 1209 .- Los contratos celebrados en la República o fuera de ella, que deban ser ejecutados en el territorio del Estado, serán juzgados en cuanto a su validez, naturaleza y obligaciones por las leyes de la República, sean los contratantes nacionales o extranjeros.
