ARTICULO 590 del C.C. Velez Argentina

    ARTICULO 590 .- Los frutos percibidos, naturales o civiles, pertenecen al deudor, poseedor de buena fe. El deudor que hubiese poseí­do de mala fe, está obligado a restituir la cosa con los frutos percibidos y pendientes, sin tener derecho a indemnización alguna.
