    ARTICULO 3638 .- El testamento del que se hallare fuera de su paí­s, sólo tendrá efecto en la República, si fuese hecho en las formas prescriptas por la ley del lugar en que reside, o según las formas que se observan en la Nación a que pertenezca, o según las que este código designa como formas legales.
