    ARTICULO 1981 .- Aunque el negocio deba continuar después de la muerte del mandante, y aunque se hubiese convenido expresamente que el mandato continuase después de la muerte del mandante o mandatario, el contrato queda resuelto, si los herederos fuesen menores o hubiese otra incapacidad, y se hallasen bajo la representación de sus tutores o curadores.
