    ARTICULO 1921 .- Cuando la solidaridad ha sido estipulada, cada uno de los mandatarios responde de todas las consecuencias de la inejecución del mandato, y por la consecuencia de las faltas cometidas por sus comandatarios; pero en este último caso el uno de los mandatarios no es responsable de lo que el otro hiciere, traspasando los lí­mites del mandato.
