ARTICULO 1731 del C.C. Velez Argentina

    ARTICULO 1731 .- Cada socio tendrá derecho a que la sociedad le reembolse las sumas que hubiese adelantado con conocimiento de ella, por las obligaciones que para los negocios sociales hubiese contraí­do, como también de las pérdidas que se le hubiesen causado. Todos los socios están obligados a esta indemnización, a prorrata de su interés social; y la parte de los insolventes se partirá de la misma manera entre todos.
