ARTICULO 1395 del C.C. Velez Argentina

    ARTICULO 1395 .- Si la venta hubiere de hacerse en pública subasta, y la cosa fuere mueble, el vendedor no tendrá derecho alguno. Si fuere inmueble, el vendedor tendrá derecho a ser notificado sobre el dí­a y lugar en que se ha de hacer el remate. Si no se le hiciese saber por el vendedor, o de otro modo, debe ser indemnizado del perjuicio que le resulte.
