    ARTICULO 2905 .- El usufructuario de créditos no puede cobrarlos por entrega voluntaria que se haga de bienes, ni hacer novación de ellos, ni cobrarlos antes del vencimiento, ni dar plazo para el pago, ni compensarlos, ni transar sobre ellos, ni hacer remisión voluntaria.
