    ARTICULO 1980 .- La muerte del mandante no pone fin al mandato, cuando el negocio que forma el objeto del mandato debe ser cumplido o continuado después de su muerte. El negocio debe ser continuado, cuando comenzado hubiese peligro en demorarlo.
