ARTICULO 1878 del C.C. Velez Argentina

    ARTICULO 1878 .- Entre ausentes la aceptación del mandato no resultará del silencio del mandatario, sino en los casos siguientes:

    1º. Si el mandante remite su procuración al mandatario, y éste la recibe sin protesta alguna;

    2º. Si el mandante le confirió por cartas un mandato relativo a negocios que por su oficio, profesión o modo de vivir acostumbraba recibir y no dio respuesta a las cartas.
