    ARTICULO 773 .- Si las obligaciones para con un solo acreedor, tuviesen por objeto prestaciones de la misma naturaleza, el deudor tiene la facultad de declarar al tiempo de hacer el pago, por cuál de ellas debe entenderse que lo hace.
