    ARTICULO 1963 .- * El mandato se acaba:

    1º. Por la revocación del mandante;

    2º. Por la renuncia del mandatario;

    ** 3º. Por el fallecimiento del mandante o del mandatario;

    4º. Por incapacidad sobreviniente al mandante o mandatario.
