ARTICULO 3674 del C.C. Velez Argentina

    ARTICULO 3674 .- El testamento será firmado por el testador, si sabe y puede firmar, por el funcionario ante quien se ha hecho, y por los testigos. Si el testador no sabe o no puede firmar, se expresará así­ y firmará por él uno de los testigos. De los testigos uno a lo menos debe saber firmar.

    Cód. francés, art. 981; de Chile, 1041; holandés, 933; de Luisiana, 1590. El Código de Austria dispone que en cuanto a los testamentos de los militares, se esté a las ordenanzas especiales. Por el Código de Prusia, basta que el testamento esté firmado por el testador, y si no sabe firmar, por un testigo que firme por él, arts. 177 y 183. La ley recopilada 8, tí­t. 18, lib. 10, concedió a todos los individuos de fuero de guerra el privilegio exorbitante de testar militarmente en todo tiempo y lugar.
