    ARTICULO 2009 .- Si las cartas de recomendación fuesen dadas de mala fe, afirmando falsamente la solvencia del recomendado, el que las suscribe será responsable del daño que sobreviniese a las personas a quienes se dirigen, por la insolvencia del recomendado.
